The balanced design ensures OPTIMAL weight placement on the back.
Elastic Cord (lentgh 80cm) included.
Instructions :
The weights can be inserted through the circular holes in the neoprene fabric.
Using the elastic cord you can tie the plastic D-ring on one end and form a loop on the other.
This loop allows you to secure the cord around a weight on your belt, preventing the backweight from shifting or moving when you are in a head-down position.
